Xpresspost packages are shipped with a tracking number.

When checking out, please select your preferred shipping method. We always ship out items same day or next day. Please allow extra time if you place your order on the weekend as orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. If you have any special shipping instructions or do not see your preferred method available when checking out, please contact us before placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make other arrangements.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Chickadee Boutique is not responsible for items lost during shipping. We recommend that you select a shipping option that includes tracking if you are concerned about items lost during transit.
Please keep in mind that certain countries may apply taxes and duties at the border which are the responsibility of the purchaser. All taxes and or duties incurred at customs are not the responsibility of Chickadee Boutique.
If you receive your ONLINE purchase and are not loving it, we want to help! It’s important to Chickadee Boutique to make sure each client is happy with all of their items - feel free to contact us at any time with questions or concerns. Should you want to return your product, we've included the following steps to make the process as easy as possible.

3 business days of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return any or all of your items
To be eligible for a return, returning merchandise must be in 100% new condition, not worn or washed/dry cleaned with all tags in place. Please ensure returned merchandise is packaged safely as we cannot accept damaged returns.
Chickadee Boutique is happy to offer a full refund for online orders within 14 days from when your purchase is delivered. Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund.
Please Include: a copy of your invoice, contact information and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store.

Undergarments, swimwear, accessories including jewelry, scarves and headwear, and sale items are a FINAL SALE.
Chickadee Boutique does not assume any shipping costs or duties on exchanges, and any additional shipping charges incurred when shipping out an exchange will be charged to your credit card according to your preferred shipping method.
Packages sent COD may be denied or the charges will be applied to your exchange order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
You may only cancel your order via telephone or email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.
You are responsible for all shipping costs. Chickadee Boutique may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available - we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to discuss your order.
lease allow between 24-72 business hours to process your order. Also, please note that your order is not final until it has been shipped, and in some circumstances, it’s possible an item may go out of stock as the system is updating. In this case (if we are unable to complete your order) we will email you from firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
